2. Valuation of your property

We will research your property and others in your area this will help us determine the On Market Value. We will then make you a guide offer (subject to a survey) based on our findings. The survey fees are covered by us.

3. We make the offer

The surveyor will provide a full report detailing the current market value of your property, including any repairs that may be required. Once we receive this report we will then provide you with a formal offer immediately in writing. We are totally transparent in the way we work and will provide you with a copy of the valuation report.

4. Notify solicitors

Once you accept our offer we will instruct our solicitors and we can then arrange a mutually convenient, speedy exchange and provide you with a completion date. You may use a solicitor of your own, or you can use the solicitor we use regularly. Don't forget we pay all your solicitors fees. Selling to Rightstay is free.

5. Exchange / Complete

The normal time taken to complete the entire sale process is usually around 4 weeks, although at times the sale can go through quicker.

6. Move on with your life

The cash is paid into your nominated account, and you are now free to move on.
