Do I have to pay any commission or survey and agency fees?

No. There will be no agents involved in the sale. This could result in a saving of ?1000's. We also pay for a full structural survey on the property should you appoint us to go ahead with the sale. The whole sale process is at NO cost to you!

Will I need a solicitor?

Yes. We have solicitors in place who work with us on a daily/weekly basis. The solicitor fees are paid for by Rightstay Properties.

Will you consider any property?

Yes. Any property, in any condition, will be considered. We often see properties in need of refurbishment.

Will my neighbours find out about my situation?

No. The sale will be totally confidential; there will be no "For Sale" signs.

Can you really view my property on the same day I contact you?

Yes. If contact is made early enough, we can usually visit you that very day or evening, it all depends on the current day's schedule.
